Robert Grant, MD is a physician with 35 years of experience with HIV/AIDS research and clinical care in pulmonary, sleep, and critical care medicine. He is a certified therapist in Internal Family Systems. He started the Healing Realms practice in 2017 after completing the California Institute of Integral Medicine Certificate in Psychedelic Therapy and Research. He is also a certified massage therapist, and a licensed physician in California, Oregon, and New York. He believes in customizing treatment to your needs.
Dr. Natalie Grant-Villegas (she/her) is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over five years of experience in the mental health field. She has a special interest in psychedelic medicine and currently offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy at Healing Realms in Brooklyn.
Prior to joining Healing Realms, Natalie worked in New York-based outpatient and telehealth clinics, providing comprehensive psychiatric care for diverse adults with mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Her educational background includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from Princeton University. Natalie has trained with leading experts in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and is currently enrolled in the MAPS MDMA Therapy Training Program.
Natalie embraces an empathetic, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to her work with clients, reflecting her belief that mental health is intrinsically tied to all aspects of one’s life - physical, emotional, spiritual, and social. Drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral frameworks, she tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and values. With a strong emphasis on trust and active listening, she offers a safe space for clients to navigate their healing journeys.
